| preparation | report 1. In a 25 mL reaction flask, add a magnet, 1 mmol 1-chloro-2-(methoxymethyl) benzene (170 mg),20 mg 20 mol% AgI/BiVO4 composite and 2 mL ethanol, equipped with an oxygen ball with a diameter of 28cm, equipped with a 16 W white light lamp at the right side of the reaction bottle at 10cm, the reaction system was reacted for 16 h under the irradiation of 16 W white light lamp, and the reaction solution was extracted, the organic layers were combined and washed three times with saturated brine, dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate, and desolvated under reduced pressure. The residue was treated by column chromatography (ethyl acetate/petroleum ether = 1:10) to obtain methyl O-chlorobenzoate, the yield was 71% (120.4 mg). Two, 20mg of Au-Co composite particle loading (0.1mol%),13.8mg K2CO3(10mol%),142.5mg of O-chlorophenylmethanol (1 mmol),4ml of methanol was sequentially added to the pressure kettle with 25ml glass liner, and the filling pressure was 0. Reaction was carried out at lMPa and 80 ℃ for 10h, cooled to room temperature, slowly degassed and depressurized, the catalyst was filtered, and the filtrate was concentrated by rotary evaporation. After column chromatography, the yellowish liquid product methyl O-chlorobenzoate was obtained in 159.6mg yield of 90%. |
